I want all raptors to focus on building their population limits. This will increase income for cities exponentially. As for increasing your production output, I suggest you look at your heroes and figure out which one will boost your production values as mayor. Remember: just because they have a high level doesn't mean that they are the best one for the job. 

Right now I am considering people for certain jobs around the alliance. These jobs include areas such as Military operations, recruiting, and supply. I will have more info on here about what the requirements for these areas will be.
